Hopeless serves

Old mutual is failing me in my time of need...My mum is late so i app**** for her provident fund January but till this day i haven't recieved anything and everytime i call am done they are missing documents but when i ask them to check on their system they find the documents am always told are missing and everytime am told check us in 4 or 5 weeks but nothing happens,I've been told about investigation but i don't understand coz in her mums documents it shows that am her only child,i lost my job due to corona and i have kids that are looking at me to provide

It's been to long and to think my mother trusted you with her money but now that she has passed away i have to suffer
