I submitted a death claim for myself and 5 other benfitries , i submitted all the documentation that I was requested for each person. I spoke to Vincent Ntoyondo 15/01/2018 at 13.19 who confirmed that all the documents have been received and allocated to the claim and sent to the admin department . On Friday 18/01/2019 I spoke to Mohammed who advised he would send me an email stating the amount that would be paid out to the minor ( my children Lilitha Onke and Busiswe ) he then promised that the funds for all the benifiatries would be paid out by 3pm that day. Saturday morning only 2 of the 6 were paid out . This morning I spoke to a very arrogant consultant who would not listen to me instead kept reading to me what was on the system - he did not mention that the admin department advised there were missing information. I called again spoke to Derrik who advised that I need to supply abdriged birth certificates . My question why is this the first time I am hearing of this , And why are the agbidged certificates mandatory as apposed to the ones that were submitted . At the end of the day the funds go into each minor's account not into mine . My frustration is that no one gets back to you - this so called admin department does not have the decency to let you know what going on and whats outstanding - one must constantly phone and deal with different consultants providing you different information.
No communication as to why one 2 of the 6 people are being paid out - what was the point of submitting all the documentation for everyone if you decide who to pay out and who not to pay out.
Where is the sound financial advise ? The calls are recorded - so they say but why are people being given conflicting information,
Highly upset
