Highly disappointed

I am highly disappointed in your service I requested a disinvestment from my policy and was told I can’t get the requested amount , what does that even mean ???? Did I ask you guys to lock in the small amount of funds that I have in that saving , been sending emails but till date no response . I want to close that investment and all my money be transferred into my account. Been with you guys for years have never even missed a premium now you are coming with tricks TRANSFER MY FUNDS
