High level of Neglegence at Old Mutual. I can never trust them again

I have invested a lump sum of R 1.4 Million in March 2021 at this company which was a Pay out from a life cover of my late husband who had passed away in January 2021 Everything seemed to be in order and I even received the documents via post office which confirmed my fixed investment In July i got an sms saying I must confirm my request for withdrawal of R1.million . I did not take the sms serious because my investment was fixed ,however I did call the consultant that was assisting me at the Old Mutual Bramch where I did my investment to check what was going on and she( consultant) told me she had called heard office and they said ot might be a mistake with the phone numbers or Surnames something like that. On the month of October I decided to download an Old Mutual App and signed in only to find out that Iam left with R300 000.00 and i got confused and called customer service and they told me in July i withdrew a Million Rand which I did not . I even remember that i also received a call from someone who said she was confirming my request for withdrawal and I told her I had not requested for any withdrawal besides, my investment is fixed how can i? I have contacted Old Mutual since the day I have discovered that and I do not get any help instead my call is hung up after a long time of holding . Its been a month with no response How can I ever trust this company I could be dead of heart attack and dipression by now or maybe its what they want , for me to die so that nobody can claim for this money 😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
