Dear sir or madam I’ve been claiming policy for my late mother, at Old Mutual branch Brooklyn and I’ve been calling the Old Mutual number it takes around 30 minutes to reach the service advisor so they drop calls , you dial and hold another 30 min please help I’m frustrated about the poor service .
