Hide and Seek

I met this consultant at my place of work where he normally brings clients for bloods. I took up two policies with for end of April. I got a better offer elsewhere for the funeral cover days later and informed him telephonically. I saw him a day or two later and reminded him he then told me he had indeed sent the request to cancel it and the policy had not started taking money. Its been 3 or 4 months later and he still has not made time to come and see me so we can go to the offices and resolve it. I have been practicing my utmost patience with this man. I unfortunately work terrible shifts and im unable to secure time to secure time to go. He has even stopped replying to my text messages. I did not wish for things to go like this but this insurance house hires staff like this. Im really disappointed.
