Help in paying out my policy

I have lodge claim against my late father policy (***8) since 2019 and still have not been settled. All document have been submitted and claims department has confirmed that all documebts are submitted and escalated to payment but nothing is done. I need help in this claim old mutual is sending me from peeler to post no one is helping me at old mutual. To top it all off i too have a policy with old mutual and when the time comes for me to claim i wonder if i would get my settlement.

Old mutual is not a good insurance company, death claims should not take this long to be paid, they do not help you in paying policies .
