Help in dyer needs of my retirement annuinty

I visited the Old Mutual branch in klerksdorp, i requested for them to surrender my old Mutual annuity, as i desperately needed the money, Ihave lost my job due to Covid and is currelntly still unemployed, i am so strugglibg to make ends meet as i have 2 young children i can't even afford to pay the rent where I am staying, my wife is currebtly under deit review because of our finacial situation en has to se thateverything is paid, weare even more in debt, it is taking it toll on my family as my wife even ended up in hospital for stress. I have no where to turn and i have had an accident where i twisted my ankel end now even mofe depended on my wufe if you coulx assist me i wold really appericiate it
