Hello Peter My dad left me money at Old mutual from his retirement, for when he dies i’m able to access the money. When my dad died we were called but his financial advisor, i asked to get lump sum of my money he told me SARS is going to tax me R100 000 in my surprising i decided to leave my money invested with them. As time goes on i decided that i’m ready to take my money at Old mutual, they refused with my money saying i can’t as my money exceed R125 000 is the new law of SARS. I decided to call SARS they denied everything. I really need my money as i didn’t sign any contract with Old mutual agreeing to their terms and conditions of my money. I’m unemployed at this moment i’m in debts i have overdrafts and loans, i need to pay school fees for my kids. I’m renting our landlord is going to kick us out the end of the month. Please assist i don’t know what to do. I can’t suffer knowing that i have money with Old mutual
