Held hostage by OLD MUTUAL for Paid Up Letters

I have been under Debt review/counseling and one of my accounts was this Old Mutual Loan. My consumer credit guys (debt counselors) have paid up this account and has requested the paid-up letter so many times from your institution. We have waited the full 30 working days and still nothing.

On top of this, Old Mutual had the ODDASTIY to run my name through ITC for a loan which I did not give them permission for!!!!

No way to get through to the call center!!! No one replies to any emails sent.

Your service is pathetic!!! I want my paid-up letter and DEMAND and explanation as to why a credit check was run for a loan application as this is effecting my record very negatively.

I need this sorted ASAP
