Heartless ******* who prey on the old

My mother has had a Funeral Policy with Old Mutual for YEARS, she has now reached her retirement age and went to Old Mutual in Port Shepstone, KwaZulu Natal to let them know that she will be retiring in a few months and wanted to find out if everything in her policy is still in place. She was then informed that they will cancel her policy as she will not be paying for it. Like I said before, she has had this policy for years and has never claimed. How many pensioners have been ****** by this company? You would think that once you reach your retirement age , should anything happen to you they would pay, think again. They wont. All the money you are paying now is for them to keep their business afloat and should it happen that you are alive by the time you are 65 and something happens to you thereafter, you are on your own. You honestly cannot expect a pensioner to continue using the little they get for their pension to make monthly payment, especially for someone who has been your client for YEARS!
