My Eldridge Ngcobo Case Number 513398. When I went on pension on the 31 October 2019, I had asked for my Old Mutual pension fund to be transferred to Robson Savage provident fund so I can pay of my home loan and leave a home for my family when I pass on.

My application for the transfer my Old Mutual superfund pension to Robson Savage provident fund was approved on the 27 October 2020. Roxann Webb of Robson Savage confirmed that payment to me will be made in 48 to 72 hours if there are no tax issues.

The funds are still to be transferred from Old Mutual. On the 5 November 2020 I send an email to Old Mutual to enquire about the transfer. on the 9 November 2020 Sasha Lee Van Dyk from Corporate Engagement enquired when will the money be transferred to Robson Savage from Superfund Transfer Out? She asked for urgent attention to the matter.

It was all quiet after that. On the 16 November 2020 I enquired from Sasha Lee about the response from Superfund Transfer Out. On the 17 November 2020 Faakir Kalam from Superfund Transfers Out's response was that their benefit payments team are attending the payment of assets. On the 24 November 2020 I asked Faakir Kalam to advise of the turn around time for the transfer. There's no response. I have today requested a letter from Old Mutual to submit to Nedbank Home Loans because the bank said my retirement letter of the 31/10/2019 from the company is not sufficient for the bank to freeze my account. I am incurring arrears on my bond. I am very disappointed with the care less attitude of Old Mutual towards their clients.
