Heartbroken

Im an ex employee of the national school of the arts,I started working there 1 July 2012 and resigned 22 July 2015 been trying to claim my provident fund up until today. The date of birth on the form is incorrect,on my first claim i told them and i was told that the IT guy will fix It.I called the lady from my previous company that deals with finance and she told me that she can't find the guy that is responsible for the workers provident fund how is that possible cause his working for old mutual.last year i was in and out at Southgate old mutual and i have been told that my money will be in my bank account in 20 working days,I waited till I went back to them again and i was told to email my documents of which is i did that and they keep asking for the same thing over and over every time I go there.i haven't received my money till today can someone please help me
