Have to phone head office from my own phone

I took a day off to go and review my policies.The guy helping me showed me the computer.No detail available re my one policy.Told me I had to phone Head office.i asked him to use their phone,but it wasn't allowed.I then used my own phone,but after 35 minutes,i was still waiting and ran out of airtime.
