Have access to my money

<p>I invested money with Nedbank which they said that would have access to they told me it would be better to invest in old mutual, they said i would have acces to the money, I am trying to access the money and find that they keep giving me excuses why this cannot be done i now need this money for medical reasons and i feel that it is very cruel and surly someone has some compassion without this money it could end up fatal and that would not look good for old mutual or nedbank </p>
