Has the Unclaimed Pension Division closed down?

Why is it so hard to get service from your OMEM CST Retirement Fund Administration. Just before COVID I started the process of claiming monies due in respect of a deceased estate. Covid put a stop to that and I restarted my efforts at the beginning of February but unfortunately your relevant department has either closed down or they are all sleeping. At the beginning of February I received an email from REECE VAN DER MERWE, Multi-Skilled Servicing Professional who has not responded to me since that date. Am I expecting too much to ask for a bit of service from your organization. The recent long weekend cannot be used as an excuse as my enquiries occurred in February - not the end of April.
