Harriet Swartz assisted with manually submitting a lump sump tax return. Something SARS should have known how to navigate since I had the IRP5 form with me. She was so patient and went through everything step by step. Eventhough we went overtime, she didn’t once sound agitated. Which I was very grateful for.
