Opted out of marketing calls 3 times,

Phoned on 17 October 2024 and was transferred between 6 agents with no assistance.

34 calls from old mutual in one month after opting out. This is a company that harrasses its clients in a attempt to get more money. Client Satisfaction is not on this companies list of priorities
