On Monday ,soeone from Old Mutual called me asking me if I'm interested in a personal loan, i declined and said no thank you.. later durring the day, i received a notification from the credit bureau about an enquiry done on my credit report. When logging in I saw that is was Old mutual. 1. Who gave you consent to do an enquiry. 2. I did not apply for a loan or ask any one to contact me. 3. Due to your enquiry my score has dropped by 7 points. 4. I want my credit score back to where it was before you did that hard enquiry which wasn't authorized by my, THAT IS *******. I want ANSWERS AND PROOF WHERE I CONSENTED TO ANY HARD ENQUIRY ON MY REPORT
