Harassment from Zandile Mthembu

Ms Zandile Mthembu, who works for Old Mutual Sandton branch, who *****ulently created a policy for me without my consent has called yesterday. She still says there is Cashback on my policy, which is a lie according to the records. This is how she lured me to give her attention from the beginning. I had reported the matter on both here hello Peter and Old Mutual . Whilst waiting for the process of internal investigation, I am being harassed by Zandile who is being protected by Old Mutual throughout. From 13 February, there has been no update of investigation from Old Mutual, instead their employee harassing me. At this point I feel highly disrespected by Old Mutual and Zandile Mthembu, their favourite employee.
