Things were going slow and I enquired about my payout with old mutual. I was assigned a case officer to investigate my issue. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name my officer.

I filled out documents and i did not understand most of the things and she explained and i rectified my mistakes.Thank you C. You promised to solve my case and you did.i can't thank you enough. I was drowning and you pulled me out. God bless
