Halloween experience( horrible)

My mother passed away in Jan 2019 and we received a call from old mutual to submit our birth certificates and forms which they never send. 1. A woman born 1954 have small children. they don't want ID copies but birth certificates 2. I have a nominations forms signed by my mother of how she wanted her pension distributed. 3. The employer filled the forms my father signed then what. 4. Nobody requested our ID copies(children) and banking details. 5. Old mutual branch gave us other forms- but employer refused understandable 6. Taken from pillar to post all we want to know as the children of the deceased was the money paid and to whom because my father said he never received anything and if not what is the hold up. 7. Last week we got told we are not beneficiaries, they cant disclose anything. 8. This week they cant pick up anything about my father nor the children 9. Then what??????????? 10. Maybe we should log a complain with the Pension Fund Adjudicator.
