Had a retrenchment policy included in my life Policy with some other features as well

Had a retrenchment policy included in my life Policy with some other features as well. Lost my job through liquidation, but the list of requirements in order to submit a claim are **********. How to i request from a company that has shut down in June 2023 already, and why do they need to fill a form for a personal policy off mine. I dnt need anyone to know that i had a retrenchment policy. My benefits which i worked hard and paid for should be for my information. The U19 form which the Company provides for UIF gives you all the information required. As for 6 months payslips. Wow!. I have no words. What happens if you are unable to get all of this info????? Anyone who has this policy, should have to prepare well in advance. Maybe years in advance. Or it looks like a policy in vain when it is time to claim. Sad really!!!!
