Group Schemes what?

I need to find out about a policy i had and lost but apparently i must get put through to group schemes, where apparently there is no one employed or perhaps it is just not a requirement for the folks from that dept to answer phones. Why will i work with a company that is so lackluster and ok with wasting my time, who is to say they wont wasts my money like that too.
