Group scheme payment
On the 26 of February 2015, i went to old mutual to request money from my policy. i gave the consultant the documentation that he needed and he told me he will process my request the following day as i came after 15:00pm. Its been two weeks now nothing has happened. Yesterday i called the group scheme to enquire about my request, they told me that they havent received anything. Now im angry i want my money old mutual and i want it today. I went to the bank to request for bank statement, do you know how much did it cost me? And now i will have to go back again to request for the second time. Please dont play with people give me my money. Its not a loan its my money that i invested.
