Gross disregard for people and urgency

Withdrawal application submitted 19 September, there has been no feedback or movement on the withdrawal. There has been constant follow up from my end, the last was this morning. The status has been on in progress with Superfund since last week Wednesday. I am afraid this is a reflection of what one will be subjected to once they do retire. Total disregard for people and urgency. If the ourage on social media and the negative reviews i see here are anything to go by, we have the longest wait ever.
