Greetings I would like to lodge a complaint regarding unauthorized deductions from my account. I had an agreement with Old Mutual that my policy premiums would be deducted on specific days of the month. My ID number is ***. However, since the 23rd of this month, Old Mutual has been deducting money from my account without my consent. This is contrary to our agreement, which stipulates that deductions should only be made on the last day of the month. I request that this matter be investigated and the necessary adjustments be made to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently. Lorraine Ramagaga
