Greenlight - tedious virgin active claims procedure

Regarding virgin active rebate claims procedure... Is there no easier process of submitting? Is it really necessary for a client to collect 3month bank statement, virgin active statement and gym visits every 3months? It becomes quite a mission collecting these documents every 3months. Can OM consider adopting Liberty Rewards system (altho gym benefits no longer exist) where the client just does the gym visits and receive rebates into their account..
