Greenlight policy - no response

I have been looking at other people's reviews here about Old Mutual and I am suddenly very concerned. Their complaints sound very similar to my own. I have been contributing to a life policy with disability and a retirement annuity for many years.

I am currently unable to work due to severe depression and would like to find some clarity on my policy and where I stand. My broker that I deal with gave me generic answer that I am not happy with. I have tried contacting old mutual via all their channels. Namely email, telephone and even their supposedly WhatsApp option. No reply.

I have always trusted a big name like Old Mutual but now I am very worried. This is my retirement I am talking about. Please can someone get back to me with details on how I can talk to someone about my policies. This is very urgent.
