GREENLIGHT Life cover has worse customer care ever!

Worse customer care ever!!! They will make you hold for 20 minutes and eventually when someone answer will soooo damn rude. When you sent an email you will not hear anything from them. I have been struggling for then a week trying to add disability cover on my greenlight life cover but you would I'm asking for a most completed thing!!

I'm opting for cancelling and move somewhere else where customer care matters.
