GreenLight Final Expense & Death Claim Grievance

Very Unhappy with Old Mutual Green Light Final Expense as they haven't paid out for the burial of my Late Wife and she died after 6weeks of giving birth to our 2nd born child. It's been over 2months now. They also don't want to pay the cession of the bond from the life cover because FNB Home Loans has combined it's home loans departments and apparently the department we app**** through no longer exists as it was amalgamated but FNB Home Loans Business Unit still exists.

Old mutual don't bury and they help you lose your shelter...My personal experience.... Continue with them if you want to be in my shoes

Even though they received their premiums and the Financial Adviser received his Annual Commissions without giving annual policy reviews... I guess that's all they're concerned about
