Greenlight error
Old Mutual has not got a client investments in mind and happy to lose clients due to lack of feedback.
Old Mutual has been deducting premium from my bank account and deferred premium facility for over a year, to date this issue has not been solved and money refunded, matter has been escalated to management to look into it, and management has no feedback.
As expressed in emails to them, i am happy to take my policies elsewhere, after been a client for 10 years.
Utterly disgusted.

05 Nov 2021, 12:00Over and above i had a unauthorized debit order on 17th for my life policy, which my debit orders always go off on 1st, so i disputed it and received notification my policy will lapse.
Which i queried with Raymond as my policies are up to date.
