Greenlight Disability payout stalling!!!!
On 5 February 2021 we submitted a disability claim on our Greenlight policy for my husband which was approved. All relevant documentation send timeuosly when asked. We have been informed payout will take place by 10 March, but still nothing. Everytime we contact Old Mutual we must hear payment is in pipe line, but no further information. You never wait for our monthly contribution but when paying out there is an issue. Is this not why we have policies in place?
