Greenlight claim

Am very disappointed about the so called greenlight oldmutual.i hv lodge the claim 09 january 2020, where I lost my father.i did submitted every document they needed for the claim, bt now the r asking me doccument which I have already submitted...am begging to loose hope because it seems as it a ****,the way how they r treating me...am begging to think that I must tell everyone that oldmutual is not funeral cover which one can trust.i have been loyal to them paying premiums monthly
