Greenlight Care4U a bunch of ****

On the 21st of September I called the Greenlight Care4U legal assistance department regarding advice. The lady i spoke with said she will refer me to attorneys closest to me and I will receive an sms within 24 hours. Well, I waited 48 hours and then called back, turns out she took down the incorrect number. Then I called Bailey and Haynes Inc as this was the referral, asked to speak to someone and most probably when they heard it's a care4u client, no one was available. I explained my situation to the lady who answered, I think her name was Jody, and left a message for someone to please contact me urgently. I said even we have a discussion telephonically, it will be okay as it's very urgent. Guess what, no one called. So clearly this service is either a hoax or your providers are not doing what they should.<br> Nevertheless, I won't settle for such a pathetic and **** service and will be cancelling both mine and my husband's policies.
