Greenlight

Good day I took out a greenlight policy in 2010 with old mutual,which deducted from my salary. I recently learned that old mutual stopped my policy because of a missed payment in 2021 already. They never made contact with me about this. And I was not aware of this because I have a few policies with them which deducts from my salary. Therefore I never noticed. I immediately contacted them last week when I found out. I spoke to Robin who could not helped or answer me. She insured me that she will contact me definitely by the latest on Monday 2023/04/17. I'm still waiting. I really need advice because I cannot just let this go. Lose a policy and my premiums paid for more than ten years.contact ***
