GREEN LIGHT = STOP & TURN BACK OR DANGER

GREEN LIGHT NORMALLY is associated with GO/GO AHEAD, green also has positive connotations with nature as well, however there is nothing GREEN or positive about OLD MUTUALS, GREEN LIGHT POLICY, ten years and R100000( HUNDRED THOUSAND RANDS) later in premium, OLD MUTUAL attempted to perform underwriting on that ten year old policy. AFTER a Horrible nightmare, with the OMBUDSMAN OLD MUTUAL erroneously revived the policy, and promised a rebate of one policy and R1000 in cash, we requested a much higher compensatory award, however the rebate of one premium was common cause, unfortunately neither did OLD MUTUAL even bother to contact me to even attempt to rekindle the insured/insurer relationship. Lets say due to some technicality you are allowed via the OMBUDSMAN finding to renegade on your own promise, you had from August 2015, to collect on that premium you promised to rebate, YOU DID NOT. As per terms of policy I am allowed a grace period till next deduction date, so since my funds reflected late in my account in MAY, I would have had till 1st JUNE to pay two premiums, you did not raise the double debit in June, in fact you stopped debiting meaning in effect you have treated as TWO in arrears; never from AUGUST 2015, did you try or advise me to pay the one premium, I see no two debit order attempt, nor was I directed to pay the premium you promised to rebate, everyone who insures with OLD MUTUAL knows the ONUS lies with the insurer to collect the premium. I was under the impression that when taking out a “GREENLIGHT POLICY” I was insuring with a company that care about its reputation and would keep channels of communication opened at all times. THIS IS NOT ON AFTER over R100000(hundred thousand rands in premium), you promised a rebate and your conduct is not becoming of you reputationally. I hope we can resolve this amicably, and not have the nightmare we had in 2015, you know I should have had the grace period in JUNE, and you know you had not ever attempted a double debit ever since AUGUST 2015, meaning the policy is not in arrears, and also I can not pay you a premium you promised to rebate since neither do have your banking details nor did you ever aske me to.OMBUD ***/xx/8976. Please contact me via email , to sor out whats right.
