Great work old mutual

I have to say great work and good customer service, i had a loan i wanted to settle and they didn't waste any time getting back to me with the oustanding balance and payment options. Even after i made the mistake of not putting the correct reference on the payment the matter was sorted in 2days and i also recieved my paid up letter.
