I would like to compliment Coleen Aanhuizen from Consumer Complaints. She has done a great job in assisting with the complaint that I had. Keep on doing the good work Coleen and I wish you can also explain to Alex Mall and Pan Africa Mall Old Mutual what is customer service. Old Mutual must be proud to have someone dedicated to do a great job. Thanks once again!!!!!!!
