Great service from T Zuma Old Mutual West-gate

Great service from Thania Zuma Old Mutual West-gate, Great customer service and very friendly, Big heads up for that service However the branch is ICE COLD, No air cons or heaters, I was freezing for the time i spent at that branch I really wonder who that staff survive in a working space like that, The management needs to do something about this situation please
