Great Service

I lost my dad recently and had a policy with Old Mutual. I went to the Parow branch on a Friday and the consultant who assisted me was very friendly and well mannered. While busy with the claim he asked if I wanted them to transport the body to Eastern Cape and I said yes. He quickly dialed and put me on the call while he was busy capturing so that I don't have to spend the whole day at the branch. Everything was very quick and the people on the phone were also very nice. Claim was done and I opted for Old Mutual card the money was in within 2 hours. The people from Old Mutual transportation called for more information needed to transport my dad. They kept calling me to give updates up until they reached destination. There was not a single day where I felt the need to call and find out but they were the ones calling me to update. Even after the funeral they called to find out if we were satisfied and if we were not charged by any chance. So everything went smooth, I am very happy. I have been a client for many years but this was my first claim for funeral policy. Thank you
