Great Service
I want to take this opportunity to thank one of your agents (old mutual finance contact centre) Candice Goliath for going the extra mile to assist me with my query. I spoke to 4 other agents prior to her and they failed to explain what she explained in 2 minutes. Great service like that needs to be rewarded. GIVE THAT GIRL A BELLS.!!!
