Great "recovery service" from Old Mutual staff

I recently logged a call as ld Mutual has ignored all my attempts to get a tax directive problem resolved. I was quickly and efficiently contacted by a client service staffer named Moira who was exceptionally helpful and took ownership of the problem and kept ownership even when handing it to a specialist in tax to assist. I was actually blown away by the level of help and attention to detail shown by Moira and Christine in helping me. Kudos to you ladies. OM, you have two stars in your team.
