Old mutual has the best customer service experience ever, i have a funeral policy with them when i called to claim they told me all the documents they need, i went to one of their branches with well trained and polite consultants, they helped me out with the process and just before i exited their premises the money was in already then i started with all my arrangements..if you need a reliable financial service company go for old mutual.
