I would like to thank Sibusiso who works for Old Mutual Group Schemes (GS).

He treated me like a human being and related to my issues. I had contacted OM due to them taking long to pay my partial withdrawal, he ensured that I received a special clearance and involved all necessary parties while I was on the call.

He went over and above his call of duty, because he was understanding of my situation.

Companies need more people like Sibusiso, because we seem to forget to relate with other humans on a human level. I was made to feel like an individual and not just a policy number.
