Great Attitude!

Had another positive experience with a Nathi from the Gugulethu Old Mutual Branch. What impresses me about him is his consistency on a daily basis and consistency in that he's like that with all the customers who walk into branch. You'll see him tell old ladies that he's gonna come to where they are sitting to make it easier for them. He's always got a pleasant and respectful demeanour.

He's actually a gem at this branch. Thanks for hiring such a customer service oriented person.
