I have retired and I went to Old Mutual Phola mall to apply for my retirement annuity and I submitted all the required documentation then I was assisted by Granny Makhinya almost 3 months ago but I did not receive any communication after that. I inquired about the progress to my surprise my application was never processed and I’ve been waiting for something that was never even processed.
I’m not happy the way granny treated me.
