So a ago I decided to take up a loan with old mutual as I was advised by a family member so I decided to do it online which is much more convenient for me as I work till 6 every day and have no time to go in branch <br> I then got a call from Tarryn Ross from online sales who wasn't much of assistance and I had to run after her to get the sale done. She then advised me that my paper work wasn't correct that I needed a bank statement with a bank stamp I then told her I'll get off work but then I'll rather then go into a branch which will be easier for me as I'll be Home. She than took more then a month to transfer the application to a girl called koketso in the witbank branch,who was just as helpless as Tarryn she took her time I had to call her 10 times a day, literally, then when I stopped calling she took all my documents and shredded them including my original payslips<br> <br> I decided to not give up I called online service again and spoke to a lady called Maegan Maledu.. Wow what great service I got she emailed and called me each time the application went into a process in 2 days excluding the weekend my loan was paid out I really received world class service and for that I thank you
