To one specific person who took their time to solve my complaint... To Coleen Aanhuizen for the exceptional service. Matters should not reach you in such a manner. Issues like mine are not supposed to reach this platform, the people who were responsible initially should have communicated like you did and all this could have been avoided. Old Mutual is not doing you justice by employing such *********** people and your level of professionalism is outstanding.... Big ups
