Good service

Good day,

My name is Thabiso Moloto and I would like to share my experience I had with the service I received from one of the agents from Old Mutual Protea Gardens in Soweto.

On Saturday the 29th of September 2018, I visited the branch and was approached by the reception who advised to take a sit on booth 9, though the booth was empty so I decided to sit on booth 8 and to my surprise the lady on that booth asked me if I wasn't told to sit on booth 9 ( no greeting nothing just a straight wasn't you told to be on booth 9 , cold is int it ? ) anyway i proceeded to sit on booth 9 and the lady you assisted me had all the time for me as i wanted to update/change my banking pins.

Through my experience with her she managed to show and go through the mobile app with me and yes we did manage to to set up my mobile banking pin and the ATM's one. I would like to say to her thank you for the professional service she gave me and it shouldn't stop with me, she truly raise the Old Mutual flag and yes she's does put old Mutual image in good phase.

Thanks again for the service you gave me i really appreciate it, and the lady from booth 8 may she please learn from her as the attitude I got from her was appalling not even to say hi a little greeting only to be told you're directed to booth 9.

Anyway thanks for the service I received from the lady on booth 9 and keep up the good work.
